The applications we serve include:

  • Petroleum Refining & Petrochemicals relies heavily on shell-and-tube heat exchangers for crude preheat trains, condensers, and reboilers, along with air-cooled exchangers (fin-fan) for overhead condensing and fired heaters. Plate-and-frame units are used for fouling-sensitive duties, and scraped-surface exchangers appear in waxy crude handling.
  • Chemicals uses a broad mix — shell-and-tube for high-pressure/high-temperature reactions, plate-and-frame or plate-fin units for heat recovery, and spiral heat exchangers for viscous or slurry applications. Jacketed vessels and internal coils serve reactor temperature control.
  • Metal Processing demands high-temperature recuperators and regenerators for furnace waste heat recovery, quench tanks, roll coolant coolers, and specialized surface coolers for continuous casting lines.
  • Air Separation & Industrial Gases is dominated by brazed aluminum plate-fin exchangers (BAHX), which handle the cryogenic duties central to distillation columns. Cold boxes integrate multiple BAHX units. Coil-wound exchangers appear in large-scale plants for LNG-type duties.
  • Industrial Refrigeration uses shell-and-tube evaporators and condensers (flooded or direct-expansion), evaporative condensers, plate evaporators for blast-freezing, and liquid coolers (chiller barrels) for process cooling loops.
  • Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, and Cosmetics requires sanitary-grade plate heat exchangers (gasketed or welded) for product heating/cooling, scraped-surface units for viscous or crystallizing products, and hygienic shell-and-tube exchangers where plate units are impractical.
  • Surface Coating (e.g., paint lines, electroplating, powder coating) needs oven air heaters, bath temperature controllers (immersion coils or external plate units), and solvent recovery condensers, often with corrosion-resistant materials like titanium or PTFE-lined units.
  • Wastewater Treatment uses submerged tube bundles or plate units for sludge heating (anaerobic digesters), heat-pump-assisted exchangers for biogas/energy recovery, and spiral heat exchangers for sludge — which handles the high fouling tendency well due to the single continuous channel design.
